The owner was welcoming and worked very hard to make us feel comfortable, plus there is a bus stop right next door! 🥰🥰

Great base if you want to explore Cagliari but also do activities like cycling, flamingo watching and going to the beach. Plenty of free parking on the street and a very convenient bus stop right in front of the apartment. The apartment is amazing, spacious, spotlessly clean and very safe, we felt very safe. The host was very friendly and helped us with local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place!

The owners of the apartment are very welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. The apartment is located in a very strategic position. Convenient parking along the street, if you don't want to use the car, there is a bus stop that takes you conveniently to Cagliari. It is a 15 minute walk from the Poetto beach, passing along the lake with the flamingos. The owners left us the beach umbrella for the duration of the stay. Breakfast is included in a bar in front of the apartment, very convenient. The services are excellent, everything very well-kept and clean. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. They also have a very cute, shared balcony, where you can smoke. Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Luigi went above and beyond with my check in time after my flight was delayed. The place was spotless, the location was just a few minutes walk to the beach. The area of the apartment had plenty of bars and restaurants. They even gave us some vouchers for breakfast at a cafe just across the road. Free parking in front of the house and bus stop right in front of the building. Communication with Luigi and his wife was so easy they responded to all our messages and while we were staying at their place they made sure we knew they were there for anything we needed. When we return to Sardinia we will be staying at his place again. Thank you so much for everything. See you soon.
